  • Is it possible to visit the studio before booking?
    Certainly. All you have to do is contact me.
  • Do you offer packages for long or recurring sessions?
    Yes, we offer discounted packages for long term rentals and regular reservations.
  • What equipment is included in the rental?
    Rental includes tripods, sandbags, some softboxes and stripboxes and more! Additional equipment may be available at an additional cost.
  • Does the studio offer technical support or an on-site technician?
    Yes, I offer technical assistant service to help you for an additional fee.
  • Is it allowed to hold events at the studio?
    For events you must contact me by phone. (438) 451-4295
  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
    If you need to cancel your reservation: - More than 48 hours before the scheduled date: You will receive a full refund. - Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled date: You will receive a 50% refund. - Less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: No refunds will be issued. We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible in the event of any changes in order to avoid unnecessary costs.
  • Is it possible to rent the studio outside of regular hours?
    Yes, you just have to contact me by email to request it.
  • Is there parking or easy access to transport equipment?
    Several free parking lots are available. There are also several docks unloading.
