Is it possible to visit the studio before booking?Certainly. All you have to do is contact me.

Do you offer packages for long or recurring sessions?Yes, we offer discounted packages for long term rentals and regular reservations.

What equipment is included in the rental?Rental includes tripods, sandbags, some softboxes and stripboxes and more! Additional equipment may be available at an additional cost.

Does the studio offer technical support or an on-site technician?Yes, I offer technical assistant service to help you for an additional fee.

Is it allowed to hold events at the studio?For events you must contact me by phone. (438) 451-4295

What is the cancellation and refund policy?If you need to cancel your reservation: - More than 48 hours before the scheduled date: You will receive a full refund. - Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled date: You will receive a 50% refund. - Less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: No refunds will be issued. We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible in the event of any changes in order to avoid unnecessary costs.

Is it possible to rent the studio outside of regular hours?Yes, you just have to contact me by email to request it.

Is there parking or easy access to transport equipment?Several free parking lots are available. There are also several docks unloading.
